How come I never received my money?

I cashed out 31.01 on 2015-07-24 to PayPal! But I was denied, and the money I made was put back into my account, why is that? I worked hard to earn, I gave y'all proof that it's me, I know fusion cash is an honest company

I think it might be a better idea to file a Ticket with Fusion Cash about your problem.  You'll have a better chance of getting a reply that way.

Yeah, you should definitely do a support ticket. Your PayPal has to be a verified account and if it is then you should be able to receive your payment. Also, if you had enough to cash out and some things got denied and knocked your payment below $25.00, that could also keep you from getting paid and you'd have to earn some more so that you can cash out again. They answer tickets quickly so you should know went wrong within a couple of days.

Thanks everyone, I got an email from fusion cash! Saying that they need more proof from me, like more details of my identification driver license SSN# and my home address, I gave them proof of that and nothing still hasn't changed, I hope they can resolve this issue

It does take them time to actually review everything. If all your information is correct you'll be paid

I never had to do anything like this either -- just a telephone verification, also but I have been with FC for years and I believe that you have also.

Perhaps there was an issue with the new member that required further info before FC could pay.

def file a ticket with fusioncash especially if you are not getting a notice that amounts were revoked thus dropping you below the $ 25 threshold and revoking the entire payment.

Did it ever go under that amount after the cash out if so then it would be denied

Submit a support ticket im sure the administrator will respond in timely fashion with an answer to your current issue of non-payment. And since it went back into your FC account you can just add more money to your cash-out from this month. hope that was helpful enough

hope your problem resolved by support ticket already. Is any offers denied? does paypal set right? usually they send to your email, if offers denied and the credit decreased less than $25 will be put back to the account.

I've never had a problem with cashing out but I'd send in a support ticket and keep checking in to see what progress is being made on it
