Computer issues

i usually resolve most issues myself.  havent had anything that either myself or my son couldnt figure out at some point.  i also have a tech friend if i really need help with anything.

I haven't had any issues thank goodness; but I am still learning some of the basics even years later. The little cideos on computer basics helped me the most.

Do you know how to resolve your own computer issues
or do you take your computer to the shop?

Lately I can figure it out and fix it myself.  No, I don't take it to any shop.  Most people who work on computers are not trust worthy.  And they only person I do trust to work on my computer is a total butt and after the way he talked to me the last time I took anything to him I will NEVER take anything to him again.  I will just chunk it and buy a new one.

When you can get a used computer on Ebay for around a hundred bucks, who would pay $60 an hour to some nerd that probably doesn't have a clue what he is doing any more than we do?
