Anyone watch the mini series Wayward Pines on Fox? What di dyou think about the ending?

the entire finale felt like someone had written it without watching any of the previous episodes.

I watched every single episode of Wayward Pines. I loved it. Now that all 10 episodes are over I don't think Fox is going to bring it back for another season. I have mixed feeling as to how it ended in the last episode.

I've been watching it, you know to expect the unexpected being it's a M. Night Shyamalan production.
I thought it was just a mini-series, not a regular series that continues on.   Hopefully it continues on, but now it will be more like the Walking Dead, survival in a dead world.

No, I haven't watched the show yet. From the commercials, it looks very interesting. It is on my list of shows to watch, so I'll probably watch the whole series when I have time.

I've been disappointed with a lot of endings for shows lately. Wayward Pines left me with mixed feelings. I don't think there's another season. It's supposed to be a finite story to date.

I have mixed feelings about the ending as well.  I enjoyed the mini-series as a whole, though.
