Cleaning drip pans from the stove

What products do you use to keep your drip pans clean?

Baking soda and vinegar when I need to scrub them.
Mostly, I just wipe them out with a damp sponge when I wipe down the stove after cooking.

I don't even think of cleaning anything until it has soaked in very hot water and dish soap for a number of hours and usually overnight. If a pan is so dirty I can't see the bottom of it, I'll usually use SOS or a scrubber. Drip pans usually accumulate crud over a series of sessions and they continue to get baked on over time, so you need a little patience. My mom use to use aluminium foil in the base of her drip pans just so she wouldn't have to spend ages cleaning it. That's about as sensible as it gets!

i buy a heavy duty grease remover  there is no name on the bottle but the bottle is brown  it works good or you can spray oven cleaner works to spray it on let it set for about 15 minutes and the gunk comes right off
