Referal bonus denied

i noticed my pending cashout was lowered by 1 dollar today , i looked and i had a referral bonus denied .. i do not have a high number of referrals .. actually very few . the only way i get them is from my promoting sites on a blog and my Facebook and twitter pages .

  i would like to know what makes a referral get denied . i mean if you don't want to pay us to advertise or want more from referrals then you need to change your rules . I DID NOT MAKE THE RULES .. you all did ..please someone from support let me know why i had a referral denied .. i have removed all links from fusion cash from my web pages ...i will not advertise for this site until i know i will be compensated.

i spend a lot of time getting referrals for sites , i have no desire to promote this site for my health . i mean it is an ok site but come on fusion cash does not advertise for me for free, why should i do the same for them ...i have no control over what a referral does or does not do after they join .

the reason i posted this here instead of submitting a ticket is because my last 3 support tickets have been ignored

Could it possibly be that it was someone who already had an account?  Maybe FC paid it immediately and then realized the person was already a member.

This will sometimes happen if a person signs up and confirms their email under false information. If they sign up and you receive credit and FC verifies that this is not a real sign up with real information it will be denied. It's set up like this to keep people from cheating and signing up from different computers and confirming random emails just for the easy credit. It's nothing against you, just make sure wherever you're promoting that people understand they have to sign up with real information. Some people are scared to make money online because they don't want to run into a scam; therefore they put false information til they know if it's legit and you can't do that here. I think you should give it another try, I have 3 and haven't had any problems but I know they used correct information and do not use more than one account at their households. it would be nice if they would send an email or something . if they sent me an email and said what you posted i would not have got near as aggravated about the whole thing . im going to submit one more support ticket and see if they actually answer me . as i mentioned above the last 3 tickets i have submitted have been ignored . all three were about different issues than the matter at hand ..
   as of now i just erased all my recruit links from all my pages until they will at least give me the attention of repling to my questions

  There are several reasons. They could have a previous account. Used more than 1 computer to access the site while signing up. Your best answer is to enter a support ticket on FC and get a direct answer from them.

yeah I did a couple of referrals and I got denied too, it was because I referraled myself, but what I didnt understand was that when my brother in law registered with me as a referral, that didnt credit either.

Are you trying to refer people that use the same internet connection as you or another member? That would be one reason for the referral to be denied

it happened to me once. i went to my daughters house to do some FC surveys with her but i used my laptop. the same one i use for my Fc account. they took back my referral bonus and Cancelled her account

  Sometimes they have been signed up before and it won't credit.

A few months ago I experienced the same thing. My pending cashout was lowered because a few referrals were denied. I contacted support and it I was informed that, 
One or more of my referral bonuses were denied because the referrals were not unique and valid users as defined in the Terms of Service. This means that they either entered false information, live out of the United States, or are otherwise ineligible accounts (such as being multiple accounts of one user).

It can be really hard to make referrals work on here... so many rules. I found out that if anyone else in my entire building signs up (even if they aren't my referral), their account is no good! I live in an apartment that includes Internet access with the apartment... but there is only 1 router for the whole building.... so every connection in the building looks like the same IP address to the outside world! And I used to hang flyers in the hallway to get sign-ups!
