do you eat seafood

When I was a young girl, I really was not interested in seafood. I felt it was a waste of space on my plate! I didn't consider it meat. Now that I am an adult, I love to eat seafood, especially shrimps/prawns and salmon. I remember seeing a recipe on tv for salmon which was a dry rub; 1 tbsp. chili powder, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp ground cumin and a little salt and pepper. The sugar caramelizes the other flavors and it tastes awesome!

I love fried shrimp and smoked salmon. My family loves all kinds of fish except for sward fish and other weird wild fishes.
