I am confused about the $3 payment for entering on forum for a set period of time.  Could someone please give me that link so I can see it?

Every time you post a message in the forums, there is a "Message ID #" on the upper right side of your post.  You need to use these message ID numbers when you choose which 3 posts you want to use to claim the $3.00 Forum Posting Bonus.

It doesn't, they track that separately. What it does do is show a representation of your posts to let them know if they are valid.
