I prefer going to the library and checking out books.  I don't have a Kindle but I have an ipad and have a few books I downloaded but I never read them.

I like the feel of a book in my hand as opposed to a Kindle.  Just being able to look at he books on the shelf and know I have read them give me a sense of accomplishment.   :)

I have a Kindle but I don't use it as much as I thought I would.I read many more print books than e-books.I also like audiobooks.I get those from Audible.com.

I have never used a kindle, but I have read e-books on my tablet. I know e-books have some perks, but I really do prefer physical books. Reading on my tablet is just not the same as having a physical book in my hands.

I have done both and can due either.  I like the books smell and turning pages, but the kindle is easier to carry and better to go about with.  If you are reading something that you would not like everyone to know what you are reading kindles are the best for that.  But I will read in both forms without discrimination

I would prefer books over reading off of a kindle because the electronic devices start to hurt my eyes after looking at them for to long.

I don't have a kindle so I cannot compare reading on that to a book.  However, I enjoy reading printed books.

That's true, but kindle makes it easier and faster to understand and finish the book quickly.

I tend to prefer books because they are much easier to navigate. Kindles and ebooks in general don't have a good experience compared to the book

Give me Kindle every time.  I started out buying books because nook or kindle wasn't available.  I have thousands of books because I am an avid reader.

I like both books and my Kindle...

However I think I will always prefer actual books because I like the feel of the turning pages, and I love the smell of books. My Kindle just doesn't give off the book smell.
Plus, real books don't need to be recharged like ereaders do.
