Hey...this is your home and property AND your pocket.  You will be paying this realtor if this house ever sells.  She should be advising AND representing you.  You don't owe this realtor a thing.  Time to tell her that it has been enough time and you have to find someone who can do the job!

Or do as oldbuddy says; sell the house yourself and save all that commission. You would feel like a savvy businesswoman and rightly so. Good luck.
