Arnica

I have been told about this a few times.
It has been used for about one thousand years to heal bruises and relieve sore muscles.
I ignored the recommendation years ago.
Currently, I have a strong need for it and made the purchase.
I will keep it in my cupboard from now on. I made the switch.

Oh let me know how that goes.. I have never heard about this. I have always used unkers as it has always been around in my household  as it used for many things.

I always buy arnica cream from walmart but it doesn't help me too much for muscles pain.Good luck!

My grandmother always uses this stuff for her ailments and I thought she was crazy. I was the kind of person to use ibuprofen instead of my grandmother's wacky recommendations. One day I finally used it and I was amazed at how well it worked and no negative effects on the liver (according to my doc).

Anyway, always let your doc know if your're using anything like Arnica because there could be interactions with medicine. One time I was taking an antibiotic and my doctor told me I had to stop taking the Arnica.

I have used it a few times and it seems to work good on some things, but dose nothing for me with the deep pain on my spine, nothing really helps.  It has gotten a lot worse since they did a biopsy and found nothing but scare tissue from wrecks.  Something I wil have to live with the rest of my life.
