Drink more water if you are light headed in the morning, you might be dehydrated & suffering from low blood pressure.
Try taking Casein Protein before going to sleep too, that helps the body heal throughout the night. If your pain is just cramps it will help alleviate those. I used to suffer from horrible muscle aches when I started working out & that Protein, which I was very skeptical about, did my body a lot of good.
