i can not believe they are going to put green dye in the river for saint patrick's day i just think they can use the money for the county to better use to me it is silly to spend all that money on something so silly but that's just my thoughts

I am with you, I think it is a waste also.  And I don't know how good it is for the water and wild life.  But then they did not ask me how I felt about it.
