Quick energy breakfast food

I like having smoothies or scrambled eggs with toast.  Sometimes I'll have oatmeal, but I get bored with it quickly.

Eggs with turkey bacon toast with a side of fruit and milk.

For quick & high energy, I grab a  protein shake.  Easy to toss in bag and take along on those hurried mornings, too.

Those Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits do the trick. It's healthier to have OJ (acidity aside), but I prefer caramel hot cocoa.  Haven't been able to find the Nestle brand lately.

Oatmeal every single morning. I've had that for years now and I've been doing pretty good.

I agree that oatmeal is an amazing food and its cheap. So everybody can have it. No excuse for this.
