I tried re-opening a ticket in Support

I don't know if things changed or if I'm doing something wrong but I could swear it would ask if you wanted to submit a file or picture of the problem. i wanted to show support the screen print but there was no way I could do it. It immediately jumped to "back" or 'submit.'

Am i doing something wrong?

I don't think you are doing anything wrong.  I've never been able to attach a screenshot because I don't think it allows it.  I have told support in my ticket(s) that I have a screenshot should they want it.

They closed my ticket without the problem being resolved and I had saved it as a "picture" which would have been a file, but there was no way to submit it. I also told support I have a picture of it if they want it but I doubt they'll want it. They'll probably just turn around and close it again. One of their suggestions was increase the size of my screen, but that didn't work, either. Oh, well.

In the past, I believe I have done the following when I wanted to submit some proof of the problem. I have highlighted and copied the last page or whatever. Then I have opened a support ticket and pasted the attachment. It has been some time since I have had to open a support ticket but I think that I was able to do this.

It doesn't look like you can attach a screenshot to the support tickets. What was the issue and how would the image have fixed it?

mayber a brwoser issue. try chging browsers. or do you have something running in the background on yur pc? that may conflict.

Try changing your browser, to see if it works. Maybe you need to reboot the machine to clear the memory...
