I wonder if......
« on: November 12, 2014, 03:14:32 pm »
I wonder if Fusion Cash or InBoxDollars lowered their cash-outs......lets say to $10...if more members would stay interested and try to cashout?

I ask that cos we know its a trying process to get referrals.....and we know then it is hard to keep them active.

Any thoughts?

I've seen sites raise their cashout minimum so I don't really see any that  would lower it 50% or more

These types of sites still have to make a profit. There are fees associated with paying us and it's not really cost effective to be constantly be paying out smaller amounts.

I'm on a site with a $5 cashout minimum but because it's just a certain amount of surveys available I may not be able to earn even that every month where I can cashout here $50 every month.

there is a website I belong to where I can cashout at any amount. once I cashed out for $2.00 just to see if it went to my paypal account and it did.

I agree from a financial standpoint in may not be in the best interest of FC to lower the cashout amount, but from the perspective of getting referrals to stay active with FC I think lowering it would help in that regard.

Our society is used to getting things instantaneous and having to wait for a payout a whole month is a bit long for most people which is why most referrals don't stick around long term.

This is a very good point and maybe the folks at FC will consider making some changes.

ladavia89, I am totally impressed at the fact that you can cashout at $50.  Wow.  I struggle to cash out at $25.  I guess I need to try to get a referral that will stick with it.

I can see the benefit, but I doubt it would happen.  Maybe if they did like a first time withdrawal at $10 and then the rest have to be the way they currently are, maybe that would help.  But yeah, I don't really see them changing anything.

I have no active referrals. The majority of that is from surveys. I put in the time and effort to earn some extra money

If you cashout at the end of the month it's less than 3 weeks. There are plenty of jobs that have their pay schedules set up that you don't actually get paid 2-3 weeks until after you've earned it.  I wouldn't go to my boss and say you need to pay me when I want it because it's better for me.

I think people are looking for easy money online and that's why referrals aren't sticking around. They don't have realistic expectations of what they can earn so they just don't stick with it. I see new members on here constantly asking how they can make a lot of money fast or have some specific number in mind($100 a month for example) and get upset when it's not easily accomplished.

It would be an extra expense to FusionCash to lower the payout amount.  It would take more time and effort to process 3 - $10 payouts as opposed to 1 - $30 payout.
Have a wonderful day!

I don't comprehend either site lowering the requirement to cash out because there are people like me who consistently meet the requirement.

Have a great day!

people have asked before for them to lower amount but they dont i am on a site that if you want to cashout for a penny they will send it thru paypal. so i dont know why they wont obviously it must not cost anything to do it but they might have a bigger following here maybe it would just take up to much of there time

Business Paypal accounts do have fees when they're doing transactions. I'm on a few sites that now take out the 3% from your payment because of those fees.  These sites also have a minimum of $50 to cashout to Paypal

I don't know how those sites that allow you to cashout at such a small amount so frequently stay in business unless they pay only a small part of what they could for surveys

There are plenty of places that will cash you out at $10.  Unfortunately, it's not $10 CASH you're getting, it's a GIFT CARD.  While I appreciate those gift cards, I also appreciate the MONEY even more.  It may not be hundreds of dollars in cash, but it's pocket money, and I like having some cash on me.  There's only two sites that I get cash from consistently and Fusion Cash is one of them.  Many of the other sites pay via a Gift Card of your choice, or have a much higher cash out level than $25.

I more like make them give me more qualified surveys with bigger rewards :D

so it would be no problem with how much we can cash out :)
