Here in NYC also. The weather os changing. I am not happy about that though. And now I think I'm getting sick.

Here in Michigan, I turned my heat on for the first time last night (10/5).  The week is supposed to be in the high 50's.  A bit cold even for MI yet.
I am NOT a winter lover, and the increasingly colder and darker days bring on SADD for me  (Seasonal Affective Disorder).  Not looking forward to any of it, except early April when I feel like I come alive again.
The bears have the answer...starting eating and fattening up...then go in a cave and nap and thin out again until Spring.

it's not that bad here in NC yet.  was in the 40s the night before last, 50s last night so its nice to be able to turn the air off and let nature do it's thing!

After highs in the 80s for Lord-only-knows-for-how-long we had a high of 63 on Friday and a low of 36 on Saturday.  Currently--54 and rain.  It's supposed to be back up around 80 by mid-week.  Can't pack away any clothes yet.

It's going to be in the 90's today.  We need some snow, too.

California is hot & dry.  Think the grocery store prices are high now, wait to see what happens if California doesn't get rain this season.  :S

The weather did get a bit cooler than a week ago. I thought snuggling under the blanket at night was nice!
