Surprise biiopsy allegedy led to Joan River's death

Just heard on TV that the doctor saw something and did an unplanned biopsy which may have cut off her air supply.  Sources said this should not have been done outside a hospital.  If that is true it's so sad that had she been in a hospital she still might be with us.   I see a major lawsuit coming, what do you think?

I agree! What a shame, I can't believe the DR would do that procedure outside the hospital and risk her life like that. I'm sure there's a lawsuit on the way.
