was getting ready to go to the pool and slipped on the stairs so i spent my morning and afternoon at the er but lucky just brusied my lower back thank god hope everyone is enjoying the labor day

I am so sorry to hear about your fall and having to go to the ER.  Not exactly a fun way to spend any of your holiday.  Well I am certainly glad you weren't hurt any more badly than you were and for sure hope you enjoy the remainder of your day.

sorry to hear that you where in the er but on the bright side count your blessings that it wasn't serious. As for me i worked today it'll just abit ago.

Well that happens to everybody. I fell down my cellar steps the other year when I was in a hurry to go somewhere's so don't feel bad.
