Yesterday I went to a park. I jogged 6.70 miles. I felt good. I will try to do this more often.

Several years ago I took up walking with my best friend.  She has these incredible long legs.  I however have these dinky legs so to keep up with her I had to speed-walk.  I dunno what it is about speed-walking but the funny hip wiggle makes me self conscious.  So I started to jog next to her.  We did this nearly every night.  Than I started incorporating a treadmill into the routine when the weather changed.  I got up to around 6 miles each jaunt out and loved it.  Felt great.  I wish I had the time to start up again.
