prolem with 2 videos

there is a microsoft and a national geographic video  both ask for your age before you watch the video but they don't ask for gender  then you are denied access based on gender. I hope they can either fix ir or ask for gender before viewing them

Yes, I was just complaining about that on another post, it is frustrating, hopefully they fix that soon

I could not view either as well. I was only asked for my date of birth and then I got the message that the video was restricted by age and gender. I think that my age was the problem. I guess that I am too old. Maybe, it is a glitch. I plan to keep trying since they are Matomy videos and I like those videos.

That's the problem I'm having with the Pacifico video. I was able to view that video a few times putting in the same birth year and gender. Then all of the sudden I was denied access to the video because of age/gender. I don't know what happened there.

Just tried the Microsoft video and it rejected me based on age/gender but the National Geographic one credited. Didn't ask me age or gender though.

Yes...I'm getting that too. In fact there's other videos just not paying after watching. The Mike's Lemonade one doesn't pay, along w a few others.

I continue to get videos on my page that restrict me due to age or gender. However, I keep trying because I think that may change since the videos remain on my page. It may be that they are not yet live on my page but they will be soon or eventually. Otherwise, why would they remain on my page after I attempt to view them?
