if you could choose your own farming animals [provided you do not have a farm now], would you raise

(*) cows and pigs?

Perhaps Chickens would be what I would raise. I would love to raise goats and cows only because I like animals not necessarily to eat.

I have to go with all of them. The chickens because ...  the cows and goats because I love the fresh milk from them, after it has chilled of course, and the horses because I used to ride all the time when I was a child.
