I'm 61 and I have to say my memory is pretty scary sometimes!  Oie vey ... but then again, THEY (whomever "they" is) say that as we get older, there's really no way to remember everything that has happened.  If in a high stress job, that'll do it too!  I'm always saying " what am I doing, what am I doing" to help me remember when I go into another room.  I always seem to be thinking about a zillion things at one time.  Focus, that's what I have to do ... focus!

My memory is about the same as it's always been, never too great, but adequate. I definitely find it handy to keep a little to-do list for the majority of the important things I need to do during the day.

I'm approaching mid-forties, and as far as I can tell, my memory is still going pretty strong.  Still learning new things and acquiring new skills.  I do have the occasional moments where I'll forget something, but most of the times I'm thinking about 10 other things at the same time.  My mind is always problem solving/multi-tasking something.  I've learned not to sweat over it - generally it comes back to me when the other stuff clears the brain buffer.  :)

It seems the older we get the worse our memory gets. I know my memory is not the same.

I don't think so.  I think I have a memory lost sometime as I get older.  It run in my family, we offend forget stuff.  But oh well, we will do whatever we remember. :)
