Our dog fell in the bath tub with me and dd one time cause he was trying to eat the bubbles.

My large male German Shepherd is terrified of thunder, he can sense it well before we can. You can always tell when a storm is coming because he will go sit in the bathtub and cover up with the shower curtain. One time he managed to climb into the dryer during a thunder storm.

My lab is not afraid of water. She will stay out in a mild rain but if it turns into a hard one and there is thunder and lightning she is banging on the back door for us to let her in. Then the whole time it is thundering and lightning she either paces, jumping up and off of the bed or she will finally come to my side of the bed and bury her self under my blanket on the floor.

I love my dog she doesnt really show signs of being scared of the rain or rain storms but she does hate any body of water so it  makes it hard to give her a bath.

Sad. they make special jacket/blankets that fit snug on the dog to help with that. I dont know if they actually work.

My dog isnt scared, just doesnt like being in the rain. She does a pee pee dance half a day to avoid going out!

OMG that is too funny. It is like he knows how to be safe in the event of a tornado, lol.

That's interesting, my dog is scared of 4th of july because of the fireworks.

that would be my cat. especially the big cannon boom ones. he loses his mind.

I miss having a dog.  But they require a real commitment to have one.  Maybe someday I will get one again.

My dog used to go to a corner, and just shake all over if he heard thunder.
