Per the instructions on the page:

"For Direct Deposit, a screenshot of your online banking which indicates the deposit is required for credit; alternatively, you can scan in a paper bank statement which indicates the deposit."

This is the page where you would upload your screenshot or scan to Fusion Cash for credit:

If the image dimensions (height/width) are too large, you can resize it online at the following website: http://www.picresize.com/

The only way to submit payment pictures for bonus credit, is to use the online form.

I would suggest that you:
1) Upload the payment picture to an image host like imgur - www.imgur.com
2) Post a link to the payment picture in the "Support" forum and ask other members to diagnose your image

Please understand that allowing email submissions of payment pictures would substantially increase the cost, complexity and hassle of a program which is already an out-of-pocket bonus.  It's just not workable if you consider how many people are submitting.

I can hardly ever get mine to load either but I think it is my own fault because I just don't understand the process.

If you have online banking you can just go to the the Details page on the deposit, take a screen shot (Prt Scr button on keyboard), go into MS Paint or other graphic editing software, Paste your image (Prt Scr saves to ClipBoard as default action), then make sure your identifyable information is blacked out..IE your email address, account numbers and the like.  Then just save the image as a JPEG, then follow the directions on the page to upload the image to FC and select the correct payment (if you have more than 1 eligable cashout) and then its just a matter of waiting to get your bonus.

Are you using the PAINT software to create the picture of the screenshot?

I haven't had any problems having my PAINT jpeg pictures accepted.

You can use a screenshot of your direct deposit transaction. Use the Prt sc button on your computer keyboard then paste it on ms paint, edit info, save it and then upload the image to Fusion Cash.
