Boston Marathon

I am still saddened by the Boston marathon, but the resolve of the city and the people makes me proud to be an American.  I saw the Vice Presidents speech yesterday and it was very good.

I too was very sad last year.  Such a good event and then someone has to cause so many people to get hurt, some that will have to live with their injuries for the rest of their life.  I hope this year's event has no problems that will spoil the event and cause people to get hurt.

Yeah, that was a horrible tragedy. I can still remember the panic that ensued and I also remember watching all the news channels while they chased the suspect. I hope he burns in hell.

It still scares me from time to time because you never think anything like this will happen in your city.In many ways I am not surprised but I am at at times still amazed at the fortitude and courage of the victims and their families to rebiuld their lives and make Boston even stronger and better than it was before.
