do you eat peppers?

I put peppers in some foods and very occasionally fix peppers stuffed with hamburger.  I like hot pepper in chili.

We grew a lot of peppers one year, over 20 kinds. Most plants were given to us and we had no idea what kind they were until I looked them up on the internet. We had the mild banana, red, green and yellow bells, habanero, poblano, jalapeno, cayenne, and others I couldn't identify. I dehydrated a lot of them, ground the cayennes, diced, sliced, or chunked the bells and froze them, dehydrated some jalapeno and also froze other jalapenos. I would have loved to roast and can some but didn't have enough jars, so I just smoked them and packed them in oil, then froze them.

I make stir fries, pepper steak, tacos, salads, beef and pork roasts and different chicken dishes with the sliced, diced, and chunked, and also Chinese and other Mexican dishes. i also make stuffed peppers ahead of time then freeze without cooking. On a very busy day, I'll just pop them into the crock pot on low.

I eat peppers but not if they are too hot. I been eating spicy food since I was young but I never over do it.

I can't eat hot peppers. So painful!! I like regular bell peppers though

I can eat peppers but those super hot ones are not for me, a little hot ok, other than that its too much

I like sweet peppers, but not hot ones.  They burn my mouth raw.

I grew up in the Northeast where peppers meant bell peppers.  Now I live in New Mexico and am hooked on green chili.  When I first moved here I didn't like red chili and couldn't handle Jalapeņos.  Now I grow jalapeņos and keep Eva's red chili in my freezer for enchiladas, etc.  I do pull 3/4 of the seeds and veins out of the jalapeņos, but my heat tolerance has gone up a lot since I've been here.

I do like banana peppers, but as for the hot ones, they are not for me. My husband and sons enjoy them though.

Only bell peppers. But if my sinuses are REALLY bad and I have them there I'll hurry and eat a little bit of hot pepper. Opens up my sinuses.

My friend tricked me into trying this pepper that was so hot it made me tear up. It was from Mexico I believe.I thought I could eat hot stuff but man that jacked my stomach up.

I eat bell peppers and chili peppers and banana peppers.

Yes I actually really enjoy hot and spicy foods now!!
