I have stayed awake over 24 hours many times.  When someone is in hospital or can't sleep at night.  Have to go to work the next day and it is rough.  But I have always made it.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

When I was younger, I stayed awake for 24 hours.  I can't do that now.  I sit around and yawn and yawn.  When I go to bed, I lay there for a while and then go off to sleep.  I don't get up early on Saturday, so I am generally in bed until 8 am.

I don't think I can stay awake for more than a day all the way through. But it sounds like you are stressing out about something. Maybe you have sleep apnea. You should see your Dr. But that was just a suggestion hope you can get some sleep soon.

The longest I think I've stayed awake was probably about 24 hours. I remember I went to a gathering of youth, (kind of like a fun night), and most of the people I was with stayed up talking and laughing, so I stayed up too, but it was torture. When it was time to go home, I couldn't wait to go to bed. Now, I've stayed up all night a bunch of times, sitting here at the computer. I've since learned that I have to shut it down and rest is important.
