Today is my mom's birthday. She passed away a few days before 9/11 at age 81.

I thought about her a lot today.  I miss her.  What a great lady she was!

  I am glad to see that someone still thinks of there mother or anyone who has passed away.  I don't see much of that they usually go on there way in there own life and than the person was forgotten.  I too think of people who have passed in the family and sometimes I still get upset.  My step son killed himself and even though I wasn't his father and he was all grown up when his mother left me  I still felt he was my son and I missed him, I did raise him.

i no how you feel my mom passed away 5/03/2012 i regret that i didn't get to see her as much as i wanted to but i hope she knows how much i love her and miss her everyday i have a recording of our last phone call and when i feel like i need her i play it back

Happy Birthday to your mother!  Even though she may have passed, she is still your mom and I know how hard it is to lose a parent, I have lost both.  Your mom was a wonderful mother to have a daughter who still thinks about her after she is gone.  She's looking down at you and is very proud that she raised such a loving child.

Happy birthday to your mother.  My mother's birthday is coming up on March 7; had she lived, she would have been 73 this year.  She passed away April 14, 1996 at the age of 55.  My grandmother's birthday is not until November 20, and had she lived, she would have been 109.  She passed away October 3, 1989 at the age of 83.  She made it to 80, which is a good ripe age.  I think about them every day.  I miss my mother's cooking and my grandmother's wisdom.  They are not here, but they live in me.

I lost my father about a month and a half ago, its hard and I miss him too.  Best thing we can do is never forget the loved ones we lost

I lost my mom in 2007 and my dad is 2008, then my mother-in-law in 2010.  There's not a day goes by that I don't still think of them.  I still miss them with all my heart and I don't see that ever changing.  My heart goes out to all who have lost someone so close to them.  God bless you and give you comfort.
