Do you like ground beef or ground turkey? I like both. I like to make
Turkey or beef meatballs or burgers. I have not made meatloaf
In awhile, which is great with both meats mixed.

What do you like?

Protein is great in so many different forms.  I have a son (who just made Junior Varsity in Lacrosse at one of the top two schools in our state) who needs to start taking in more protein.  I hit him with two to three eggs for breakfast and a piece of fruit.  He eats a protein bar at ten in the morning.  Lunch is a sandwich with plenty of roast beef and/or turkey. A chocolate protein shake at two in the afternoon (and right before he goes to bed.  Dinner is chicken, ham, pork loin, fish, steak or ground beef.  He averages about twenty grams of protein per meal which is about all the body can absorb at a single serving which is about a gram of protein for every pound that he weighs.

My husband doesnt like turkey or chicken so we always use beef but I wish I could use ground turkey more because its so much leaner and healthier.

I like ground turkey, also eggs but limit how many I eat each week. Protein bars are good on the run, usually provide me that energy kick I need.
