Plan B for a more active lifestyle

A few months ago I considered canceling my internet because I was spending too much time sitting at my computer.  I enjoy "picking up pennies" on sites like FusionCash; however, I wanted a more physically active lifestyle.  Plan A was to give up my computer projects, completely.

Then I decided that there must be a Plan B.

I decided to rearrange my computer desk so my recumbent bike would fit under it.  I'm still adjusting to "pedaling" while I work but I think this will work out, nicely.

What kind of physical activities do you participate in to prevent having a sedentary lifestyle?

What a clever set-up!  :) Is it working out well? I've heard of walking/jogging on a treadmill while browsing the Internet but I'm the type that can't walk and chew gum at the same time, haha. Before I "let myself go," I would get up once an hour from the desk and do squats, jogging in place, jumping jacks or something of the sort, for a few minutes. It wasn't much, but was better than nothing (which is what I'm doing now! LOL)!  :)
