There are instructions on the page for how to help you pass the test, but as it also says, there is no guarantee that you will be credited.

Not sure which browser you are using, but I suggest starting by clearing your cookies. You can google for detailed instructions for your browser. (Most likely go to Tools or Preferences and there is probably a tab for Security or History that gives you the option to delete cookies)
