Yet another Cashout Question - Amount?

I've noticed on some people's banners, the amount they receive in their cashout is around half of what they've earned. Does that mean you only get half of what you earn? Or am I looking at it totally wrong? 

I've tried to read through other topics to see if there was already an answer posted, but I'm still having those blasted browser problems, it keeps shutting down when I scroll. It's not just this site, it's several, but I figured I'd risk posting a new thread on the cashout question and hope I can read any answers.

No the half the ammount was there first cashout at which how much they wanted to cashout for there first time. The big huge number is how much they have made in all being at fusioncash.net
