I have been listen to the radio all day and being putting the codes in when it comes up but its not given me any money on my account please help me thank you

You are not alone.  Radio Loyalty has been experiencing some  systems problems for the last couple of days.  Like you, I've been submitting the captcha every 10 minutes and not gotten credit (yet).

Hopefully, when RL figures out what the problem is, they will be able to give us credit for all the submissions we've made. 

I've sent in a ticket to Support asking them to contact RL so they can give us some feed back on they will get the crediting portion in good working order.

In the meantime, I'm still playing RL.  I enjoy the music while I do other things that do credit.

@swogden: Thanks for submitting the support ticket on this.  I too have been experiencing the same problem but I know from past experience that RadioLoyalty will eventually credit for the captcha submissions once they get the problem worked out.

I'm not being credited, either.  A few days ago Radioloyaltys system wouldn't accept the captcha so the problem was obvious.  Today, it seemed as though that problem was fixed; however, after entering codes for a few hours I'm still waiting to receive credit.  I like doing that offer.....

WHEN IT WORKS RIGHT.

hopefully they will have it fixed soon and credit the past captchas.  its a great way to make extra $$$$ without a lot of work, would hate to lose it.

I have been having the same problem for the past three days. No crediting at all for Radio Loyalty.

Update!!!: I've been trying on and off all morning, here and there, and I checked right now and surprisingly, Radio Loyalty just credited a couple of pennies, it probably just got sorted, so I'm gonna continue to do it and see if it continues to credit. There you have it!


2nd Update: RL up and running, already received credit for yesterday's and today's attempts, I'm a happy camper. Cheers!!!

I was having the same problem, I wasn't getting any credit, but this morning I noticed a large credit, so I guess they fixed the problem.

I am very happy to see my credits appear. Radio Loyalty is my favorite way to get my 5 cents for PTC.

I had that problem some time ago and later they did give me the reward 2 days later

Have you considered putting in a support ticket? There has been times in the past I have not received any credit for the radio loyalty as well. Maybe there is a problem taking place with the radio task right now.
