keeping track of which surveys you sign up for under other survey offers

Any suggestions? Every time I sign up thinking it is going to be a simple process, every survey offer suggests that you sign up for as many survey companies as possible! I am finding  it frustrating, also how do you keep track, if you already have signed up for some under other offers.  I spend most time just deleting repetitive offers

I save all the confirmation/welcome emails I receive in a subfolder in my email. If I think I already signed up for one, I can do a quick search of that folder to confirm.

use the same info and try and log in with it and if it doesn't work it means you need to register

I can't be bothered to keep track, only so much time in the day.   If I never get credited, I'll never know.
I should copy/paste on notepad, if only to know where my info is going to when I signed up.
