Message received when trying to do PTC

I did 2 FC non-qualifying surveys (@2 cents) and 4 videos this morning. Is my math REALLY that bad that it doesn't equal 6 cents....or did the rules change that FC surveys  when I don't qualify  aren't included in the cents needed to do PTC? It's  stating I only earned 4 cents....

Any bonuses or the daily email don't count toward qualifying for ptc. DQs would count as a bonus

There's been a lot of half cent videos lately, maybe the ones you did were only half-centers. Actually I'm having a hard time finding much for videos at all lately, but most I do see are the half cent ones, which is fine, I still do them also.

I use Radio Loyalty to meet my 5c minimum. 

You need 5 cents since the last time you worked the PTC so if you do videos or run RL late at night after you did yesterday's PTC, the pennies you earn after the PTC count towards today's 5 cent requirement.

In order to qualify for the PTC you need to complete 5 cent worth of qualify offers. For explain videos, tasks, and to complete an entire survey. The penny's that you receive for not qualifying for a survey will not qualify for the PTC. If the money gets added to your bonuses instead of offers then it will not count.
