End of the year

Another one bites the dust, this is the song playing in my background as I prepare to say good bye to 2013.
I can't say that I'm sad to see it go, it wasn't a bad year, it just seemed longer than most.
I'm even looking forward to this new year,even made a few resolutions-let's just hope I can keep them this time.
I'm sure I'll have other songs bouncing around in my now almost empty head,after all the holidays are over.
Now, I have to clean up and put away all the pretty holiday decorations, try to battle the salt-ice melt, that doesn't want to die...our weather here is like a roller coaster.
I braved the below zero temperatures only to come home and see my tree begging to be stripped and put away...ok, I'll get to it.

So here's to 2013 and onward and upward 2014!
