Good idea.  Take a nice warm bath and get wrapped up in your favorite robe. Have a glass of wine or cup of cocoa. Put your feet up and read a book or watch tv.  DON'T do anything else.

To help those body aches, try a corn sock:  Fill an old work sock (the longer, the better) with unpopped dry popcorn and tie a knot in the open end or sew it shut.  Microwave it for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes and position on the sore body parts while sitting in your recliner.  I use mine at the back of my neck and alternate with areas on my back.  It is easy, fast, and effective.  You can also use (uncooked) rice, but if you overheat it and burn the rice it smells up the house more than the corn.
