I think we need a THIRD party because NEITHER ONE OF THEM have got a "winner" for a President.  I have a funny feeling I'll be writing my candidate in!

I am strictly Democrat, but here's my take on it.  Each president, whether Republican, Democrat or Independent, has their own way of doing things.  I just don't agree that each president has done a fine job.  I personally don't think that the world is ready for a woman President but, should things weigh that way, people may as well get ready.  I am still voting Democrat.  It is the party that has been chosen through four generations.    If memory serves me right, after President Nixon and the Watergate scandal in 1974, each President following him has had their name tied to something bad.  It was in place before President Obama was elected.   For instance, President Clinton managed to have an affair with Monica Lewinsky and, should I type the word in, which I won't, it will be censored.  The Clinton became the new name for this thing.  Obama's job has become bad because the plan was in place to not cooperate with him on anything and the Republicans have stuck to their guns on that subject.  When the government was shut down, the Republicans got the shot in the arm of karma.    He is the first Black President and made history because all the other Presidents were White.   President Reagan was shot by John Hinckley in order to impress Jodie Foster, the actress.  Whomever is elected in 2016, he or she will still be our President and the problem will still go on. ??? ??? ???

I'd still be willing to bet on a Republican being the next president, unless they screw things up which they are more than capable of doing. It's just the nature of things.

They already have for over a decade. It's a joke. This party is so out of touch with reality that a new party needs to replace it. If we get a Republican president next election, it's either because he understands our current society, or it's because he got voted in by a bunch of uninformed hicks who think the Dems need to suffer.

I wish Republican's as well as Democrats good luck. If we get a third party surge they both will lose.
