$5.00 sign up bonus lost!!!

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get my $5.00 sign up bonus back?? I was inactive for like 30 days & fusion cash took away everything I accumulated including my signup bonus. That was over $50!! I did not think it was fair! But now I am back because I am in need of extra cash. I just want the 5 bucks & they can keep the rest, is that so much to ask for??  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No there is nothing to do but start over. Are you sure you weren't inactive for a lot longer than 30 days? You lose your credits after 180 days.

You can only earn the sign up bonus once. It says in your profile you joined in 2010. If that is true and you have not cashed out yet, the sign-up bonus would have expired. See the Terms of Service for more details: http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php
Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

Wow...thanks guys! I did not know this. It was not that long that I was inactive and I think they changed the policy back then when. I don't recall you having to cash out within 180 days. But hey, it's in the past now and I'm trying to regain everything back!

If you don't cash out within 180 days your credits will expire. It is all in the terms of service.

I lost my $5 signup bonus years ago.  It is no biggie.  It still is added to your earnings, but it expired a long time ago.  I started over in January of this year and am awaiting my second check.  I am working on my third check as we speak.  People who dedicate themselves to this site get paid.

It helps to read the terms of service so you know the ins and outs of FC and what you can/can't do. I found some things surprising - so I'm glad I read it.

If you're sure it was only 30 days then you can always just write in and check with Fusion. They're very fast, nice and always willing to help you figure out what has happened. Even if it's something that can't be fixed, if you work hard and dedicate yourself I'm sure you'll be up on the cash in no time! Good luck, I hope it all works out.

No I am not sure on how to get your $5.00 back if there is such a thing try the help board or contact Fushion

Yeah should not be too hard to resolve if it never got credited to your account.
