Credit for daily mail being taken away
« on: October 24, 2013, 10:14:52 am »
For the past three days (at least) I have noticed that I'll get credit for clicking the daily mail but then when I click the my account button, the two cents is removed! I sent a support ticket yesterday so hopefully FC will credit my account for the money I'm missing. I hate to complain but I'm short six cents now and perhaps more since I'm not sure when exactly this glitch began. All I know is that I'm going to manually keep track of my earnings from now on since computer records can't always be trusted. Is anyone else having this problem? ???

Hopefully you will get a corrected credit. I've not had this problem.

I hope you get your problem resolved very soon.  This has never happened to me so far.  Just as a reminder, are you keeping the page opened for at least 60 seconds?

I don't think I ever leave mine up and I always get credit.

I checked your account and they're not being removed.  What's happening is that some of your old credits (more than 180 days) are expiring, per the TOS.  You should cashout ASAP to prevent more credits from expiring.

Thank you to all who responded but the Admin cleared things up. They checked my account and some of the old credits have expired, I didn't realize that could be the problem. So I'll cash out and that will resolve the issue. Thanks for your help Admin, I appreciate it!

You gotta make sure you are paying attention to your credits because you can sorta feel when it's been 6 months since you cashed out.

I never have this problem. It make sense that some of the offer expire after 6 month, since it is the rule
