Ringtone Offer for $6

Can anyone help me. Every time I click on the offer with the 1000+ Ringtones as the title the link brings me too a site that lets your download a smiley face toolbar.

Avoid ALL cell phone offers at any cost. They will always cost you $9.99 per month and will keep on charging you until you cancel and from what I've heard, it takes A LOT of time and calling to cancel. I prefer Mobile17 Ringtones, free and you can make them on your own.

I agree...I did the offer for the cell phone also...I was billed on my cell bill...but never got the funds for the offer.  It really changed my opinion of this site.  Thankfully Verizon credited back their charges.
