what you should do if you have lactose intolerence
« on: October 14, 2013, 01:06:37 pm »
One of the vegetables you should avoid is peas. it is a natural lactose. of course dairy, gluten, whey, always read your labels to make sure there is no dairy in that product. And it is important to know all the by products of milk that are not labeled dairy. if you see a D in a circle on the product it means it has dairy in it. I hope this helps some of you who do not know.

My mother has lactose intolerance and must avoid dairy products, particularly milk, to keep from developing symptoms. She drinks soy milk to fill the void of not being able to drink regular milk.

I've cut back on dairy and gluten over the past few months. Not cut out but cut back. Dairy and gluten affect my sinuses too much.
