To help imorove FC

I think in order to improve FC, they should have a new policy that set within 3 day limit to denied the offers only.  I think by doing any survey, they should have pre-quality survey first. I have many time that the survey offers denied after two or even three month later; sometime, I even forget which survey and what's about. Since we are all human, the time is precious.  We should still have a penny or even 0.001 cent, even the offer denied or not qualify. I rather have a little cash out fee than getting so happy for the offer approve one min. and next couple month getting depress due to denied offers. Don't get me wrong, I do  FC. Just a little suggestion by doing this may keep the old members longer and bring more new members to join to FC. Don't you agree?
