Have you guys watch Dr. Oz recently, or read an article about this fruit?

They say this fruit can help you lose weight and prevent your body from creating fat.

There are now supplements with the fruit's extract to which imo, bleh!!

I don't know about you, but to me supplements are just a bunch of chemicals put together, same with other medicines. If I wanted to lose weight, I'll find a way to get the fruit and just eat that. I mean if the main ingredient is the fruit, so why not? Why is more chemicals necessary?

What do you think guys?

While I do think that a lot of OTC weight loss supplements have ingredients that can "help" in different ways, like the supplements that have ginger and dandelion that make people urinate more for a temporary weight loss, they just aren't worth it and don't have lasting results. The only real way to lose weight is to burn off more calories in a day than you take in, and that doesn't cost a thing.
