Is it just me or is anyone completing surveys and not getting paid for them? Or even worse find them wasting time because your not eligible? How do I fix this?

yes this happens all the time and i just try to let it roll off my back and move on--i have been getting them to pay lately tho so i am happy

I find that lately I'm getting many FC surveys but unable to qualify for any that I receive.  Once I am disqualified the same surveys keep reappearing instead of being removed from my survey page and I'm not receiving any new ones.  Not sure what's going on.

I haven't been qualifying for an surveys lately either. I keep trying and hope that my luck will change soon.

There is nothing to "fix." You either qualify or you don't. Once you understand how the surveys work, maybe you won't be so frustrated. There are times when I've completed a survey and didn't get credit. Although it is rare, when it does happen, I just move on to the next one. Some days I qualify and some days I don't. I especially like the FC surveys and don't seem to have a problem getting credit for those. When you complete a survey are you leaving the congratulations page up for at least 10 minutes before you close it? If they are too frustrating for you, try other free offers like the tasks, videos, radioloyalty, etc.

I myself have never had a problem getting credit for any surveys I have been approved for and completed.
You have to be sure you get to the final page that tells you congradulations you have been credited for completing the survey.  Then leave that page open for a few minutes
before you go on to the next and you shouldn't have a problem.... good luck   Fc is the best paying site out there today..

I normally don't have trouble getting paid, but the qualifying is the problem for me.  Guess its just a hit and miss thing altogether!

Contact who? There's nothing you can do when it comes to the surveys. You either qualify or you don't. If by chance you complete a survey and don't get credit, the best thing to do is just to move on.

The only problem I am having is with not receiving the penny from getting disqualified on FC surveys. Other than that, I have not had any issues with getting paid when qualifying for FC surveys or the normal surveys.
