Can’t log in.

Ever since they started the new website I’ve been having trouble logging in.  The first week it was that Captcha (or whatever it is with the funny text) which I don’t even know why it came up to begin with then I got it wrong too many times so the website locked me out saying too much activity from the IP Address.  The tech team fixed that problem about four days later.  Then the next Monday I logged in to do the daily email then I immediately went to my account to make sure I got the credit for it.  While I was on my account page all of a sudden it switched to the log in page.  So I retyped CORRECTLY my email and password.  All I kept getting was some error message about time session logged out log so in again.  Which I did over and over and still got the message.  I filled out a support ticket.  Finally unsure when the tech team would fix the problem and reading enabling cookies was a googles chrome instruction, I download Google chrome (since this whole time I was using internet explorer)  Unsure whether the website would work, I gave it a try through chrome.  THANK GOD it did work and I was able to access the website since I don’t know when the tech people will get around to fixing my issue to close my ticket.  I lost a total of five full days because of their website but just glad through chrome I didn’t lose any more.

The tech support responded to my not being able to log in by telling me: in order to protect my account from unauthorized access, their system limits the number of failed login attempts that can be made but they have lifted the restriction from my IP address and so I should now be able to login.  Which I obviously now can.  My problem is okay that explains the first time I had trouble logging in because that stupid weird text you can’t read that I got a zillion times wrong but not the following week.  That week I was already logged in (looking at my account page) when the website suddenly switched to the log in screen then blocked me out.  What does ‘suddenly locking you out when you were already logged in’ have to do with typing the wrong password?

Hmmm thats weird.. try it again the next day maybe this new site is just taking time to laod all its members.

What does ‘suddenly locking you out when you were already logged in’ have to do with typing the wrong password?     

Maybe when you first logged on to do your Daily Cash email, you typed your password incorrectly then? If there was a sustem glitch and they still let you in to complete that task, it would explain the boot later.

Are you trying to access FusionCash from multiple locations and multiple devices? There are strict regulations against that, so that would most definitely cut off your login abilities.
