Has anyone ever tried Gelato?
I know gelatos are better tasting when you're in the country it was made in, but yeah.

I had my first try when I went to Denver and it was good!!
I will try the ones in my hometown!!

I hope taro's available since it's my fave, but I doubt it.

Yes I have tried Gelato's they taste great and are not as filling as ice cream.  They come in many different flavors and are made fresh each day.  I think it's about time I make another trip to Gelato's, thanks for mentioning it.  :notworthy:

The Gelatos I have tasted have a bit creamier taste, but I wouldn't hype this for the extra cost if you're looking strictly for a noticeable taste sensation.  I think they're suppose to be a little healthier.

Oooooh, I absolutely ADORE Gelato!!!  We've got a great place by us that goes by the name of "Angel Sweet" and their Gelato is fabulous (all kinds of flavors!)!  My favorite store bought brand of Gelato goes by the name of "Ciao Bella."  They come in pint sizes and the Chocolate Hazelnut is heavenly!!!  Haagen Dazs now makes gelato, too.  The "Stracciatella" and "Black Cherry Amaretto" flavors are really good!

I love gelato! It has to be homemade though. I have tried store bought and it doesn't compare to a good ice cream place that makes their own

It's delicious. A few of my friends say it's not the same here as when they traveled to Italy.
