Surveys GRRR
« on: August 22, 2013, 07:07:29 am »
First I will say this was NOT thru FC but I need to vent.  I just spent 20 minutes doing a stupid survey, was told I would be trying out a product that they would send to me, and went as far as putting in my name and address....it says it is verifying my address...then it says oh sorry our client has determined you do not qualify for this survey.  HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE?  I had already answered all the questions and grrr.  That just makes me mad.   :BangHead:

Anybody else ever have something like this happen?

Just a wild guess but maybe you weren't in their required area to do the survey?
Sometimes that happens during surveys.. Although sometimes i think they just don't want to cough up that money..
but who knows.. i could be wrong

If I wasn't in the required area then they should have known that BEFORE I spent 20 minutes doing the survey.  They had asked me my state and zip code twice already.  I think they wanted my opinions, they had them, and like somebody else said, they didn't want to cough up the money  :angry7: so they give that message.  IT makes me so very  :BangHead: !!!  Then I look like this  :sad1:

I agree with you it is frustrating but that's what happens when you are online and at their mecy.  The same thing has happened to me many times.  Also, I go thru the end but at the last screen it will get stuck and will not move forward, therefore you cannot get to give you the $$ it is absolutely frustrating

Oh yeah I've had that happen. Not just with surveys through FC but other sites I'm on as well. You put in all of your info, you think everything is good, and then you get hit with "you don't meet our criteria at this time". Very frustrating.

I seem to have that happen with just about every survey I do I can do 20 surveys and only qualify for 2 or 3 it is very frustrating cause I spent all that time for nothing

This happens to me every now and then and it is frustrating to deal with after you have spent all your time on the survey; it is not fair. But I just move on to the next survey

It happens to everyone. I'm not going to abdicate whether it's a scam or whether it's simply a glitch in their system but either way it's obviously much more convenient for them to be able to perhaps gain the information without having to dish out the reward. I love how we're all working for $3.00 an hour.

Well, I feel a little better knowing it isn't just me.  Thought maybe the survey people were out to get me. lol   :crybaby2:

It just made me mad.  I was suppose to get two product samples and do a survey on both after trying each one.
I was excited about that.  And then to get kicked out after I done everything.  I wonder if it was a problem with the address.  I put my address in and it said "verifying" and then it said you don't qualify.  My street address has been spelled two ways and the way most write it is incorrect.  I wondered if that was the problem.  It couldn't verify my address because their system has it wrong. :BangHead:

Yes I have. I also hate it when your invitation e-mail says "We have a survey that's just perfect for you" but when you get to the survey, you fail to qualify for it! Also hate it that you have to type in your age, state of residency, etc. each and every time you start a survey even though the site you are at has all this data already! I second your GRRR!
