I prefer fresh vegetables myself; but, frozen is better than canned if I can't get fresh!

Fresh vegetables and fruits, preferably straight from the garden and orchard, taste so much better and have more nutrition than their frozen counterparts.  We have a small garden and this summer, being able to eat collard greens, peppers, beans, eggplants and tomatoes freshly picked has just been great.  What we don't grow, we can get from our local farmer's market.  We also have a peach truck that travels to all the local communities with peaches straight from Georgia, and they are the best you ever tasted.  I hate for the growing season to be over, but if I do have to eat frozen foods, I feel that they are better for you than canned any day!

I really prefer fresh....I know frozen is supposed to be even more nutritious, but fresh tastes much better!

I love frozen better, because I can keep fruits and vegetables longer.

I do not think I've ever tasted frozen fruit, but I probably won't have a preference between frozen and fresh.
