It would be healthier if it was made from rice or coconut milk instead of cow's milk

Is there a "National Soft Serve Ice Cream Day" everywhere in the country? Like, do they give out free ice cream or what? I don't get it.

Yum.  I love coconut milk.  Coconut milk ice cream would be delicious.

Didn't know there's National Soft Serve Ice Cream Day. Do you know what businesses participate?  Do you get free ice cream or discounts? in any case, good excuse to eat ice cream.  :)
